Contact Agilent

Agilent contact paths for product, calibration, and application reviews

The fastest route to a useful answer is to describe the measurement problem before choosing the instrument. Agilent contact requests are routed by application area: analytical laboratory systems, electronic test benches, process instrumentation, and environmental or gas monitoring. Include the target range, accuracy class, sample condition, protocol, approval region, and service expectation. A request that states “HPLC for QC” is a starting point; a request that states “HPLC method transfer with UV detection, carryover concern, and audit-trail software requirement” can be reviewed with much less back-and-forth.

Product Engineering

Use this route for HPLC, GC, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and data logger shortlists.

Process & Monitoring

Review pressure, flow, level, temperature, gas detection, and environmental monitoring projects.

Business hours vary by region, but requests that include a measurement range and required evidence pack are prioritized for technical routing. For hazardous-area projects, include the Zone, gas group, temperature class, and any local approval constraint. For regulated laboratories, include the method, sample matrix, detector type, and data-system expectation. If you are replacing an existing instrument, add the current model, observed drift pattern, failure symptom, and whether the certificate must show expanded uncertainty. If the request involves a new line, describe the handover audience: validation, maintenance, safety, production, or purchasing.

Send the details Agilent needs to give a precise answer

A useful inquiry does not need a perfect specification. It needs enough context to separate mandatory requirements from preferences. Tell us the measurement range, tolerance, operating environment, sample or signal type, approval region, data-system need, and whether the purchase must include calibration documentation. Agilent will return a shortlist direction, service notes, and document requests that can be used in the next engineering review.
